Bush Spells Out Rules For Interrogations

President Bush signed an executive order governing interrogation of
terrorism suspects, prohibiting cruel and inhumane treatment,
humiliation or denigration of religious beliefs. The order was the
result of legislation Mr. Bush signed last year.
