SAN FRANCISCO -- California Attorney General Bill Lockyer is preparing
to charge former Hewlett-Packard Co. Chairwoman Patricia Dunn and four
others involved in the company's boardroom-leak investigation with
several felony crimes, according to media reports published Wednesday.
