MONDAY'S BIGGEST GAINING AND DECLINING STOCKS
Among the companies whose shares are expected to see active trade in
Monday's session are the home builders as well as CIT Group, Eaton,
GlaxoSmithKline, Halliburton, Hasbro, Human Genome Sciences, Stanley
Works, Time Warner and Weatherford.
LEADING INDEX UP 3RD STRAIGHT MONTH IN JUNE
The U.S. index of leading economic indicators rose 0.7% in June, the
third straight monthly gain, the Conference Board said
Monday, signaling that a recovery is likely in the second half of the year.
OIL FUTURES EXTEND GAINS AS DOLLAR WEAKENS
Oil futures surged above $64 a barrel on Monday, as dollar weakness
and rising global equity markets buoyed demand for crude.

Halliburton Co.'s second-quarter net income falls 48% as its North
American oil-service businesses contract in the face of a supply glut
and weak demand tied to the recession.
