SEC complaint vs. Mark Cuban dismissed: AP

A civil insider trading lawsuit filed against Dallas Mavericks owner
Mark Cuban has been dismissed by a federal judge, according to the
Associated Press.

BANK OF AMERICA'S PROFIT SLIPS 5.5%

Bank of America says its profit slipped 5.5% in the second quarter as
credit-loss provisions continued to overwhelm record trading profits and a
multibillion-dollar gain from the sale of China Construction Bank shares.
