U.S. stocks fall as market consolidates Fed gains

NEW YORK
U.S. stocks were lower on Thursday, as investors consolidated strong
gains from the previous session, when the Federal Reserve left interest
rates unchanged but opened the door for possible rate cuts later this
year.

News Corp. and NBC link up to challenge Google's YouTube

CHICAGO
News Corp. and NBC Universal say they plan to take on the phenomenally
popular online video-sharing site YouTube with a video effort of their
own that will launch this summer, featuring an array of full-length
movies and television shows, as well as clips, from the studios'
libraries.

Economic Report: Leading indicators fall 0.5%, pointing to choppy
growth

WASHINGTON
The economy is likely to grow at a moderate but "choppy" pace in the
coming months, the Conference Board said Thursday upon the release of
the index of leading economic indicators.
