'Babel,' 'Departed,' 'Queen' among best-picture nominees

In an unusual turn of events in film awards, the musical "Dreamgirls"
scored the most Oscar nominations Tuesday from the Academy of Motion
Picture Arts and Sciences even though the acclaimed musical was left off
this year's best-picture list.
