Futures Movers: Oil ends with 3% loss as hefty supplies offset
output-cut pledges

SAN FRANCISCO -- Crude-oil futures fell 3% Monday to close at a
four-session low, with traders convinced that even if Venezuela and
Nigeria cut their oil production as promised by a total of some 170,000
barrels per day, that won't put a dent in hefty supplies of crude and
its products.
