Energy: BP to remove well cap to install new one

BP PLC plans to remove a cap on its rogue gushing well in the Gulf of
Mexico Saturday, part of what might be a three- or four-day effort to
install a more efficient cover, Coast Guard Adm. Thad Allen said
Friday.
