Breaking News: Intelligence chief Dennis Blair to resign

WASHINGTON - President Obama will replace Director of National
Intelligence Dennis Blair, the subject of criticism related to the
Fort Hood shooting, the Christmas Day bombing attempt, and the Times
Square car bomb, two U.S. officials said. Blair is expected to
announced his retirement on Friday, said the officials, speaking on
condition of anonymity because the the news is not yet official. The
officials said Obama is interviewing several candidates as potential
replacements.
