U.S STOCKS DEEPEN DECLINE ON PFIZER, ISM SERVICES
U.S. stocks fall Wednesday as health-care stocks lagged after Pfizer
Inc. posted a disappointing earnings outlook and U.S. service-sector
activity increased by less than expected last month.

HONDA'S PROFIT JUMPS ON IMPROVED SALES, COST CUTS
Honda's October-December profit leaps by a factor of six, as
aggressive cost cutting and improved Asian car sales overcome a strong
yen and slumping business in Europe and North America.

TOYOTA'S NEW PROBLEM: PRIUS BRAKE COMPLAINTS
The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has reportedly
received more than 100 complaints involving the brakes on the Toyota
Prius hybrid.

TOYOTA'S PIT STOP OPENS THE RACE
Everyone knew the recalls would hurt the company, but its numbers were
worse than expected.

TOYOTA ASIDE, AUTOMAKERS SET TO POST SALES GAINS
Toyota Motor Corp. and its sticky pedals aside, major automakers,
particularly Ford Motor Co., are expected to post on Tuesday an
improvement in January U.S. sales from last year's brutal tally.
