Europe shares up for fifth session in six

EUROPE SHARES UP FOR FIFTH SESSION IN SIX
European shares climb on Monday, up for the fifth time in six
sessions, with British Airways, Iberia and Renault gaining ground.
Yara lower on deal to buy Terra Industries.

DUBAI WORLD SAID TO PROPOSE TWO DEBT-PAYMENT PLANS
Dubai World, the holding company within the emirate, may be offering its
creditors 60 cents on the dollar as part of an effort to reschedule
$22 billion of debt, media reports say.

TERRA ACCEPTS $4.1 BILLION BID FROM NORWAY'S YARA
Terra Industries, the nitrogen-products maker that has long resisted a
takeover bid from CF Industries, on Monday reached a $4.1 billion deal
to be bought by Norway's Yara International.

In China's vacation paradise of Hainan, real-estate prices have jumped
by more than one-third in the last five weeks, and compared to some
