JAPAN'S NEW FINANCE MINISTER CALL FOR WEAKER YEN
Japan's newly appointed Finance Minister Naoto Kan sends his nation's
currency significantly lower against its U.S. counterpart, as he uses
his inaugural press conference to talk down the yen.
DOLLAR UP AMID CHINA JITTERS, AHEAD OF U.S. JOBS
