Home prices rise 0.3% in July, FHFA data show

The market value of U.S. homes rises a seasonally adjusted 0.3% in July
compared with June, marking the third monthly increase this year, data
compiled by the Federal Housing Finance Agency show.

initial public offering on the Nasdaq as the richest in a handful of
U.S. IPOs scheduled for this week. It's the busiest calendar for the
domestic
underwriters since late in 2007.
