JOBS ARE LOST AT A FASTER PACE IN JUNE
The U.S. economy shed jobs at a faster pace in June than in May,
suggesting that the turnaround in the economy may take longer than
expected.

Orders for U.S.-made factory goods rise by the largest amount in close
to a year, climbing 1.2% for May on a big jump in orders for
transportation
equipment.
