WASHINGTON (AP) - President Obama is expected to sign an executive
order reversing restrictions on federal funding of embryonic stem cell
research. A senior administration official says the White House will
announce the move on Monday. The official spoke on condition of
anonymity because the policy had not yet been publicly announced.
