Tech Stocks: Cisco leads broad tech rise at market close

Late gains from the likes of Cisco Systems leads the tech sector to
close with broad gains and offset some earlier losses that were fueled
by disappointment over the earnings report and outlook of flash-memory
maker SanDisk.
