Energy: Exxon Mobil CEO base salary up 10%

Exxon Mobil Corp. Chairman and Chief Executive Rex W. Tillerson will
receive a 10% base salary increase of $187,000 to $2.06 million in
2009 plus 225,000 shares of restricted stock, according to a filing
with regulators.
