Bush: "Time Is Right" For Mideast Accord

President Bush opened a major Mideast peace conference in Annapolis,
Md., declaring that the time is right to relaunch talks to create a
Palestinian state. He said peacemaking at this juncture of history is an
opportunity that cannot be missed.
