U.S. stocks end mixed amid China talks, deal news

NEW YORK
U.S. stocks finished mixed on Tuesday, as investors consolidated some of
the market's strong gains, but with sentiment supported by talks aimed
at easing economic tensions between the U.S. and China and signs that
deal making continues unabated.
