U.S. stocks lower as focus turns to Fed

NEW YORK -- U.S. stocks turned lower on Monday, with an upgrade of Apple
Inc. and a strategic move from Home Depot Inc. unable to offset
disappointing deal news and uncertainty ahead of key economic data and
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke's testimony to Congress later this
week.
