NEW YORK -- Thousands paused Monday across the United States to mark
the fifth anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist strikes with
moments of silence and other solemn tributes to those killed and injured
in the worst-ever attack on U.S. soil.

H-P board postpones decision on Dunn, probe fallout

SAN FRANCISCO -- The board of directors of Hewlett-Packard Co. met
Sunday for several hours to discuss the future of Chairwoman Patricia
Dunn and the fallout over the company's investigation into board leaks
to the press, but ended the meeting without announcing any decision and
said it would reconvene on Monday.
