Report: Iraq War Made Terror 'Worse'

The U.S. invasion of Iraq has increased the number of terrorist groups
worldwide and "made the overall terrorism problem worse," a U.S.
intelligence official says in the classified National Intelligence
Estimate, according to newspaper reports.
